Subscription Terms

Clear information about Ludiqo+ pricing, renewal, cancellation and related billing behaviour. This page summarises how the subscription works for customers.

Ludiqo+ subscription

  • Ludiqo+ costs £6.99 per month.
  • It is billed monthly as a recurring subscription.
  • It renews automatically each month until cancelled.
  • There is one public paid plan: Ludiqo+.

Price and automatic renewal

£6.99 per month. This is a recurring subscription and renews automatically every month until cancelled. Cancel anytime from Billing. If you cancel, access normally continues until the end of your current paid billing period.

The recurring amount shown at checkout is the amount charged for each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

How to cancel

  • Cancel through My Profile → Settings → Billing → Manage subscription.
  • Cancellation uses the secure Stripe Customer Portal.
  • You do not need to contact support to cancel.

What happens after cancellation

When you cancel, Ludiqo+ access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period. After that period ends, Plus-only features become unavailable unless you subscribe again.

Failed payments

  • If a recurring payment fails, access may enter the documented short grace period while you update your payment method.
  • Update your payment method through Billing.
  • Access may be paused or ended if payment remains unresolved after the grace period.

Refunds and cooling-off

Refund entitlements, cooling-off rights and any exclusions are not finalised on this page. Confirmed wording will appear here after owner and professional legal review.

VAT and taxes

VAT registration status and tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive treatment are awaiting accountant confirmation. Customers are charged the amount shown at checkout.

Account deletion

If you delete your Ludiqo account while an active recurring subscription exists, the account-deletion flow attempts to cancel recurring billing first. Do not rely on account deletion alone if you only intend to stop billing — cancel through Billing first when possible.

How long billing records are retained for accounting or legal purposes remains subject to owner review.
